Taylor Travel Collective specializes in long-term group travel for construction and industrial companies. Whether you're deploying crews to multiple job sites or housing workers for weeks at a time, we manage every booking, negotiated rate, and hotel billing detail — so you can focus on the job.
Tell Me About Your Project See What We DoWhat We Do
We specialize in hotel bookings only — which means we go deep where it matters most for your crew. Long-term stays, group rates, billing coordination, and multi-site management: all handled.
We find hotels near your job sites built for long-term stays — weekly rates, in-room kitchens, laundry access — and negotiate the best available rate for your crew's full duration.
For every trip, we research and present three pricing options within your budget and preferred hotel brands. You pick, we book — no hours lost searching on your end.
Booking 10 or more rooms? We negotiate directly with hotel management to secure discounted group rates and favorable terms that individual bookings simply can't access.
We work with hotel front desks to set up company credit card authorization forms before your crew arrives — so billing goes to the right place from day one, with no surprises.
Multiple crews, multiple cities, all moving at once? We manage every booking in parallel — keeping each worker assigned to the right site, hotel, and arrival date without the chaos.
Job timelines shift. Crews rotate. We handle extensions, early checkouts, and reassignments as your project evolves — no scrambling to find availability at the last minute.
The Process
Fast, simple, and handled for you — from job site address to confirmed rooms.
No forms, no fuss. Just text me the basics:
I'll book everything through my system and send confirmation numbers to you directly when it's done.
The Difference
Our services are completely free to your company. We earn a commission from hotels, which means you get a dedicated travel manager at zero cost.
Crews don't need downtown hotels — they need proximity to the job site, reliable Wi-Fi, and a room they can actually live in for a month. We know what to look for.
We take care of credit card authorization paperwork with the hotel before your team checks in — no awkward front desk conversations, no personal card surprises.
Send us the job site address, your crew list, and your budget. We come back to you with three ready-to-book options. You choose, we handle everything from there.

About
I started Taylor Travel Collective because I saw a gap: construction and industrial companies were spending enormous amounts on workforce travel — and managing it manually, one booking at a time, with no system and no leverage.
Before founding TTC, I spent over 10 years working in hospitality — including time with Hilton and several other hotel companies — where I learned exactly how hotels work from the inside: how rates are set, how group contracts are negotiated, and how billing arrangements actually get set up. That experience gives me an edge most travel advisors simply don't have.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Missouri State University, and I've built my entire practice around one thing: making hotel logistics effortless for companies whose crews are out in the field.
As a travel advisor with Fora, I'm backed by one of the premier travel networks in the country — which means real hotel relationships and real negotiating power on your behalf.
If you're spending hours each week managing hotel bookings for your crew, I'd love to take that off your plate entirely.
